The customer from Australia purchased our pine oil production line on April 15. As the regular customer of our company, he has purchased our equipment for many times and ordered the complete set of pine oil production line out of trust. Pine oil can be used as a solvent for gums, resins and cellulose ethers. It can also be used as an alcohol denature-agent, mineral flotation agent, wetting agent and foamproofing agent, as well as in the manufacture of insecticides, fungicides, paints, fragrances, deodorants, detergents, dyes, metal polishes and in the processing of textiles.
The extraction workshop of pine oil production line uses the mutual solubility of solvent (turpentine) and oil (rosin), through a longer time of solvent spray and permeation, the oil (rosin) in the oil plants is extracted into the solvent (turpentine), then use the difference of boiling point between solvent (turpentine) and oil (rosin), separate the solvent (turpentine) from the oil (rosin) by using distillation, the solvent (turpentine) will be recycled after cooling, the oil (rosin) will be packed. Sawdust with solvent (turpentine), through toasting, steam stripping, cooling and other steps, the solvent (turpentine) is thoroughly separated from the sawdust, the solvent (turpentine) gas is recycled after cooling, and the waste sawdust enter the waste sawdust warehouse for packing storage or sale.
