Extruding oil from oil materials by oil press machine or pre-press machine. There are two methods for oil pressing: one-time press and pre-press. One-time press is to extrude the oil from oil materials as much as possible by oil press machine; pre-press only need to extrude 70% oil from oil materials by pre-press machine. Screw oil pre-press machine is often used in oil pressing section.
Features of oil pre-pressing and pressing section:
1. Our oil pre-press machine has high oil extraction rate and stable performance;
2. Extracting part of oil from oilseeds of high oil-content with oil extraction machine, creating a good condition for subsequent solvent extraction plant;
3. Usually, our oil pre-press machine does not need extreme operating conditions.
Oil Press Machine
Oil Pressing or you can call it expeller pressing, is a traditional oil extraction method that has been used for centuries. It uses physical pressure to separate the oil from oilseeds. Oil pressing is derived from the oil extraction method of traditional workshop. Because the press method does not involve the addition of any chemical substances, the components of pressed oil are relatively intact, but the disadvantage is low oil yield.
Two of today's most popular oil extraction methods are using screw press and chemical solvents, however, in order to squeeze the most oil out from oilseeds, more than one method are used, often, the two methods are used together. Usually, oilseeds are pressed by a screw type oil press machine first and then the rest of oil in the meal are extracted by using chemical solvent.
