Production of Palm Oil Processing Machine:
1. Palm bunch reception: palm bunches are weighed in trucks by weighbridges when arriving the fruit reception station, then unloaded on the slope.2. Sterilization: fresh fruit bunches are sterilized in sterilizer to destroy oil-splitting enzymes and increase moisture of palm fruit. The process takes 90~120mins.
3. Threshing: under strong vibration of threshing machine, palm fruit can be separated from fruit bunches.
4. Mashing: palm fruits after threshing are sent to the mixing tank to mash and crush until broken.
5. Digesting: palm fruits are lifted by the elevator to the digester vessel in order to rupture the oil-bearing cells of palm fruit and release the palm oil.
6. Pressing: palm fruits are pressed in screw palm oil press. Then, the mixture of oil and press cake can be extracted by palm oil press machine.
7. Clarification, purification and drying: dilute crude palm oil with water washing. The fiber material can be removed from the oil by sediment and filtration. Then, the oil is purified in plate centrifuges and dried by a vacuum dryer to evaporate water from the oil.
8. Palm oil storage: crude palm oil is stored in a tank after clarification before dispatching from the mill. The storage temperature of is around 50°C to reduce oxidation of oil.
9. Palm kernel recovery: palm nuts and fibre are separated by physical method. The fibre can be burned in steam boiler as biomass fuel, while palm kernels can be further processed in palm kernel processing plant to extract palm kernel oil.
